CURRENT VACANCIES :
You will be involved in the following key areas:
- Day to day Book Keeping
- Input of sales orders
- Processing and raising Purchase orders
- Invoices and statements (on Sage and customer platforms)
- Credit control
- Purchase Ledger
- Sales Ledger
- Chasing outstanding accounts
- Managing credit insurance
- Cash Flow projections
- Reconciliations end of month
- Bank accounts for reconciliation including foreign currency
- Intrastat Report/EC Sales Reports
- VAT Returns
- Management Accounts
- Stock take and adjustments where necessary
With strong opportunity for career progression, the desired candidate will have worked in a similar position, be analytical minded and have strong communication skills. You will need excellent organisational/administration skills and work well within a team environment. You must be computer literate and able to use Microsoft Office and Sage software.
